On Sunday, August 3rd, GoFormz experienced a disruption impacting the Web Application, including access to certain pages and execution of automations (Workflow and Template Events). We understand how critical these functions are, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this caused.
What happened
Part of the GoFormz infrastructure responsible for the Web Application became unresponsive, causing intermittent failures when users attempted to access some pages and the related services mentioned above.
Resolution
Once the issue was identified, our engineering team worked closely with Microsoft Azure to isolate and remove the impacted infrastructure. We are continuing to closely monitor the impacted services.
