Starting at approximately 1:47pm, GoFormz's authentication and permissions services experienced degraded performance causing outages with some GoFormz features including login, API, form loading, and workflows. The GoFormz engineering team reviewed configurations and conducted system scaling operations to bring all services back to normal at 2:05pm.
