At approximately 11AM PDT, the GoFormz product team became aware of an issue with some event-triggered emails. All event emails were going through, but in many cases are missing the PDF attachment. The issue started at 10:26 PDT for forms completed from mobile devices and began affecting web-based forms at 11AM PDT. The issue was resolved for all platforms at 1:58 PDT.
