Identified

The GoFormz engineering team has identified the issue which is isolated to mobile, filtered Datasource fields only. The team is currently working on a fix, and will release updates shortly.

Investigating

We are currently investigating an issue with filtered datasource fields in our web app and mobile apps for some clients. Our engineering team is actively diagnosing the root cause and working to restore normal functionality. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates shortly.
