GoFormz is currently experiencing two issues impacting our workflow and login services for some customers:
Issue 1: Certain workflows are modifying forms unintentionally when executed. Issue 2: Some users attempting to access the GoFormz Web App are experiencing login issues preventing them from moving forward into the app
We have identified the source of both issues and are taking steps to resolve them as quickly as possible.
