SERVICE INTERRUPTION: During the time of this incident, GoFormz mobile apps were only working in offline mode and were not able to sync data to accounts. The rest of the GoFormz Platform and services were not affected and no data was lost. In addition to only being able to use the apps in offline mode, some users may have been unable to login to their apps as well. As soon as the incident was resolved, apps were immediately able to connect and sync.
CAUSE: The interruption was caused by a misconfiguration of our servers that handle the sync service.
RESOLUTION: We have addressed the server configuration issue and want to assure you that we take these situations very seriously. We apologize for any disruption you may have experienced. We will continue to take steps to avoid occurrences like this in the future.
